King Abdullah Sports City

I was privileged to work as a 3D visualiser on the King Abdullah Sports City project, where I contributed to creating 3D visualisations of different elements of the project, including the fascia around an electricity substation and various landscape design schemes.

 

Although the visualisations may not have been the most beautiful, they proved to be extremely valuable to the architects and designers involved in the project. By creating these visualisations, I enabled the team to make informed decisions about the overall design of the project.

 

One of the most interesting and challenging aspects of this project was working on the fascia around the electricity substation. Working in close collaboration with the architects, I created a series of 3D visualisations that depicted their vision for the fascia. By exploring different design options, the architects were able to make informed decisions about how to integrate the substation into the overall design of the sports city.

 

Additionally, I had the opportunity to work with the landscape design team and create 3D visualisations of their proposed design schemes. This allowed them to explore different design options and make decisions about the placement of different elements within the landscape.

 

Overall, my work as a 3D visualiser on the King Abdullah Sports City project was both challenging and rewarding. I had the chance to contribute to a large-scale project that has the potential to positively impact many people’s lives. Working closely with the architects and designers, I helped bring their vision to life in a functional and aesthetically pleasing way.
