  • Beer...ugh... I hate beer! Give me whiskey any day. Which is why it was ironic that I worked on a variety of projects for Brewdog, the notorious beer brand. I was tasked to design a festival and concert for the shareholders, or "equity punks" as they are known, to celebrate their brands at The Copperbox Arena. Brewdog's version of an AGM! Featured artists were Frank Carter and the Rattlesnakes and Everything Everything. I also created a touring Brewdog Punk IPA Bar that would take over city centres throughout the country for some Anarchy in the UK.

About This Project

Brewdog

As a 3D designer, my experience in event design, 3D visualisation, and roadshow design proved to be valuable assets in my various projects for Brewdog, a notorious beer brand. Despite my preference for whiskey and dislike for beer, I took on the task of designing a festival and concert for Brewdog’s shareholders at The Copperbox Arena, which served as their version of an Annual General Meeting (AGM). The event featured popular artists like Frank Carter and the Rattlesnakes and Everything Everything. Additionally, I created a touring Brewdog Punk IPA Bar Roadshow that travelled to different city centres throughout the country, bringing “Anarchy in the UK.”

My exceptional work on this project, despite my personal preferences, proves that 3D designers like myself can adapt and produce exceptional results in any situation.

The festival and concert that I designed for the shareholders of Brewdog was a testament to the company’s dedication to creating a unique and memorable experience. The inclusion of well-known artists and the touring Brewdog Punk IPA Bar Roadshow demonstrates the company’s ability to think outside the box and appeal to a wide audience. It was a celebration of the company’s brands and an opportunity for the company to connect with its shareholders.

By being open-minded and willing to work on projects that may not align with one’s personal preferences, it can broaden one’s experience and help develop new skills. As a 3D designer, I am proud to have been a part of this project and contribute my skills in event design, roadshow design, and bar design to make it a success.

In conclusion, my work with Brewdog, a beer brand, highlights the importance of separating personal preferences from professional choices. The festival and concert designed for the company’s shareholders showcase Brewdog’s dedication to providing a unique and memorable experience. Additionally, the touring Brewdog Punk IPA Bar Roadshow demonstrates the company’s ability to appeal to a wide audience. As a 3D designer, I am excited to continue contributing my expertise to more successful projects like this one.
