About This Project

Accenture

As a skilled 3D designer and visualiser, I was tasked with designing a comprehensive experience ecosystem for Kaleidoscope – an immersive conference hosted by Accenture at the Old Truman Brewery in London. My expertise in event design, set design, expo design, exhibition design, and conference design proved invaluable in creating a successful event that met the client’s expectations.

The main challenge I faced was optimising the functionality of the venue. Through careful planning, I created a well-planned space that accommodated various elements of the event while maintaining a cohesive design aesthetic. Additionally, developing 56 expo stands and 12 breakout workshop spaces required collaboration with the client to ensure that the design elements reflected the content and goals of each workshop.

To overcome these challenges, I used my skills in 3D animation to create a visualisation of the event space. This allowed the client to preview and make necessary adjustments before the event. The bold and eye-catching expo stands, tailored workshop spaces, and cohesive design elements contributed to the success of the event.

In conclusion, as a 3D designer and visualiser, I was able to deliver a successful event that met the client’s expectations. Through my expertise in event design, set design, expo design, exhibition design, and conference design, I was able to overcome challenges and create a comprehensive experience ecosystem that inspired, informed, and engaged attendees at Kaleidoscope.
