The Deloitte Shared Services Conference was a unique hybrid event that blended immersive experiences and interactive sessions, and my client entrusted me with the task of event design. As a designer specializing in 3D design, conference design, exhibition design, and expo design, I provided space planning, set design, and 3D visualisation services to create a visually stunning and engaging experience for attendees.

 

Held at Old Billingsgate in London, the Deloitte Shared Services Conference offered clients of Deloitte valuable insights, inspiring ideas, and networking opportunities with industry professionals. The conference plenary was the highlight of the event, where keynote speakers and industry leaders addressed attendees on various topics related to shared services. With state-of-the-art audio-visual technology, the plenary hall accommodated a large audience seamlessly.

 

In addition to the plenary, the expo area featured multiple partner stands showcasing innovative solutions and services related to shared services. Custom-designed expo stands were created for each partner, reflecting their brand identity while ensuring consistency with the overall event theme. The expo area’s layout was carefully planned to maximize traffic flow, creating a seamless experience for attendees.

 

The breakout workshop spaces were another crucial part of the Deloitte Shared Services Conference, facilitating targeted presentations and discussions on various topics related to shared services. These spaces were tailored to meet each session’s specific needs, providing a comfortable and conducive environment for attendees to interact and share ideas. The breakout spaces were equipped with the latest technology, including projectors, screens, and sound systems, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for attendees.

 

As a designer specializing in 3D design and visualisation, my role was to develop a comprehensive design strategy that incorporated the latest trends in event design, technology, and branding. The result was a visually stunning event that not only looked impressive but also provided an immersive, informative, and interactive experience for all attendees.
