• Banking is changing. Branches are closing and more and more is being done online. With this in mind, I was tasked with designing a new unstaffed pop-up branch for NM-1 which encompassed a private virtual meeting room, automated banking machines and virtual bank teller touch screen. I designed and visualised the branch in order to get stakeholder buy in on the concept.
