(Effective 1 January 2026)
Bookings are made in full-day or half-day units.
Hourly or pro-rated work is not offered unless explicitly agreed in writing in advance.
Ad-hoc, urgent, or out-of-hours requests fall outside the standard booking model and are subject to separate agreement, availability, and pricing.
Billing is based on the booked unit, not the elapsed task duration.
Multi-day bookings reserve a continuous block of availability and may not be reduced once confirmed.
Booked time is not tied to a specific task or deliverable and may be applied to other agreed work, provided it falls within the booked time and skill set. Where plans change, clients may reallocate work within the confirmed booking to avoid late cancellation charges.
Requests to move confirmed bookings (for example, shifting dates or pushing work to a later week) are treated as rescheduling, not cancellation, and are subject to availability.
Rescheduling applies to the booking as a whole. Partial rescheduling that reduces the length of a confirmed multi-day booking is treated as a cancellation of the affected time.
Where a requested shift cannot be accommodated in full, an alternative contiguous block may be offered by agreement. If no suitable alternative is available, the original booking remains in place or may be cancelled under the cancellation terms.
The following applies to confirmed bookings only.
Multi-day bookings are treated as a single continuous block of exclusive reserved availability. A minimum notice period of 3 working days applies.
Where a confirmed booking is cancelled, or a reserved block of time is released, with less than 3 working days’ notice, cancellation charges apply as follows:
2 working days’ notice: 1 booked day charged
1 working day’s notice: 2 booked days charged
Same-day cancellation or release of a confirmed booking after work has commenced: 3 booked days charged
Cancellation charges are capped at a maximum of 3 booked days, regardless of the total length of the booking.
Cancellation charges will not exceed the total value of the confirmed booking
Cancellation charges reflect the late release of reserved availability and are not related to performance, quality, or creative suitability.
For the purposes of these Cancellation Terms, “working days” means Monday to Friday, counted during standard working hours (9:00–17:30), excluding UK public holidays.
Timesheets may be provided if required for internal processes but do not affect billing. Invoices are issued per booking and payable in line with agreed payment terms.
Proceeding with a booking constitutes acceptance of these Booking Terms.
Payment is due within 30 days from the date of invoicing. Late payments may be subject to statutory interest and compensation in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
In case of any damages or losses incurred by the client as a result of my services, my liability will be limited to the total fee paid by the client for the specific project or engagement. This clause does not apply to damages or losses caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence on my part.
Any client terms, supplier terms, or contractual documents must be provided no later than 3 working days prior to the booking commencing.
Any terms received after work has commenced will not apply unless expressly agreed in writing in advance.
